This course is something we’ve put together from our many combined years of experience with building, maintaining and improving hundreds of ecommerce websites. It’s one of our favourites, because there’s huge opportunity to learn not just from us, but from every other business who attends.

This session is quite free-flowing, and we encourage lots of discussion and ideas from everyone in the room. We’ve heard some amazing ideas from some of our workshops, and we provide our own set of best practice guides as well. The session is ideal for anyone who sells anything online, whether it’s a small shop selling a few items, to a retailer selling thousands of SKUs.

This is a workshop session, with plenty of opportunity for you to ask us and the other attendees about your individual site issues or questions. We usually use our best practice guides as a conversation starter, and allow a good amount of time for idea sharing and problem solving.
