Design process
We utilised our tried and tested UX design process to wireframe, mock up, design and build this completely unique and stunning design.
Bespoke API integration
The entire site uses the client’s CRM as its source of data. Everything that happens on the site instantly updates the CRM, and vice versa.
Custom tracking and reporting
Google Tag Manager was added to allow for customised tracking and reporting via Google Analytics.
Content MIGRATION
The previous website contained a lot of content, which we migrated and adapted to fit the new design.
What did we do?
This project was an interesting one, where our team were able to collectively work our frontend and backend skills. On the surface, the brief was to create a visually stunning website with slick user experience, whilst fully integrating the website with the client’s CRM platform to reduce admin time. The wireframing process and design were a delight, and we really got to try out some unique and interesting ideas before settling on the design you see now.
Once the design was complete, we then moved onto the more involved job – integrating everything into their backend system, Bullhorn CRM. This involved building a set of custom scripts to transfer data added by candidates on registration and profile update directly into the CRM. This also involved loading profile information from the CRM when a candidate is logged in, meaning there is little to no personal information stored on the web server.
After rounds of thorough testing, we ended up with a very fast site that facilitated user accounts, a unique Tinder-style ‘find me a job’ feature, one-click job applications and fully integrated profile management. All under a particularly pretty hood.
