The brief
Cquip sells a wide range of marine equipment, from lighting to furniture and cleaning equipment. The business ran almost entirely offline: sales came in by phone and email, and its websites were a set of old brochure sites that were little more than splash pages. Cquip sells to trade, retail and commercial buyers, each with different prices and ways to pay, so one generic site wouldn't fit.

What we built
A WooCommerce multisite network, launched in November 2025 with three sites and built so more can be added as the business needs them.
- cquip.com, the main site, for B2B and trade buyers. It handles Cquip's tiered discounts for different customer types, and custom integrations let customers pay by card, on account or pro forma.
- onwardmarine.com, a retail site with a streamlined range aimed at yacht owners, covering anything they might need.
- commercial.cquip.com, for Cquip's commercial arm, selling B2B with bulk discounts and tiered pricing.
The Pegasus Opera integration
- Every site pulls live stock from Pegasus Opera, Cquip's ERP, and sends orders back into it, so nobody re-keys orders.
- Products sync from Pegasus Opera into the network, and the team chooses which products appear on which site.
- One product catalogue serves three different audiences, each with its own pricing and range.
Outcome
Cquip went from selling almost entirely by phone and email to taking around two-thirds of its sales through the websites, within a year of launch. Orders arrive in Pegasus Opera without being re-keyed, and new sites can be added to the network as the business grows.
